Hi! My name is Arseniy! And this is one day of my life in MMC Camp.
Today we will have performance and my team and I are preparing for it. The weather is good, but today it’s very hot. But I like it, because I can sunbathe.
In the morning I brushed my teeth, washed my face and cleaned my room. Then I went to the practicum hall and my team had a group time. After that we had breakfast. I ate pancakes and drank tea. After breakfast we did sports and then we had a lesson at the shipyard. We made a soup together, that was interesting! Then we had a second crew gathering, where we did some preparation and wrote a script for the performance. Then we had an English lesson, where we watched some videos as examples, because we had to know how to pass the exam. Then we had lunch and some free time. After nap time I played football with my friends. After dinner our performance started. I hoped that we would win we all would be happy. Finally we won! I’m very happy! We made a great job together. Our team is the best. I hope we will win this shift!

Hi! My name is Viki and I’m a captain of the Red Crew.
This is my second summer at MMC Camp and I’m so excited to be there as a counselor again. I’m a teacher of English and German but I also appreciate the possibility of working as a team’s captain.
Our team is unique as all of the kids are full of ideas, they are intelligent and energetic and take the initiative every time when it’s possible. Some people from our Crew are «helpers» this shift. It means that they want to be involved in all camp’s activities, I’m so proud of them. A lot of members of the Red Crew come to MMC annually. But every time they come here, they try to do their best and work hard.
As a counselor and a teacher, I put all my efforts to sustain our team spirit, to speak English all the time and help all of our kids to solve this or that problem. We try to spend every minute in MMC efficiently: even during nap time we may play English board games.
Members of the Red Crew are very communicative and empathetic. We support each other and I’m so proud of this achievemnt. Their level of English is high but there are also something to strive for. Today we’ve arranged a great performance, where all of the members took part and spoke English. We worked fast, but harmoniously. During our Crew Gatherings we divided into groups and divided the tasks. We also prepared a dance and shot a video. Everyone participated in writing the script, everyone performed very well, and that’s why we took the first place.
I am proud of my team, and I believe that we will achieve all our goals and stay friendly as we are now❤️
