Hi everyone!
My name is Sasha and I am gonna tell you about one my day in MMC.
Today the weather wasn’t hot. We liked this weather because we were tired of the hot weather.
Today we have a fair and floorball tournament.
First I am gonna tell you about the fair. At the fair we got points (mmcillions) for winning in different competitions. Later we exchanged these points for some sweet at the fair’s shop. My friends and I played jakkalo, tic-tac-toe, puzzles and other. I won a lot of point and bought a t-shirt. lt was very funny!

At the tournament we competed with other crews. We played floorball. Our team called «Water Angels» tried really hard to win. But we did not always win actually. 🙁
After that, we prepared a little dance for the tournament. It was beautiful and everybody liked it.

We had a wonderful day today!
It my third time in MMC. It’s a very very cool camp!
With you was Sasha, thank you.
Goodbye!

My name is Yaroslava, I am a fourth-year student of the Philological Institute, who found happiness in working with children.
I am just starting my «career» as an MMC counselor, and this is my second major session. Being a counselor here is more than just a job. Each summer brings new lessons, not just for the kids, but for me as well. The resilience, curiosity, and energy of the children are a constant source of inspiration. As I prepare for sessions, I am always filling with excitement, eager to once again be part of these incredible journeys of growth and discovery. As a counselor, it was immensely gratifying to see the transformation in each child. They arrived as strangers but become as a close-knit community.
Today was an unusual day. The kids didn’t have classes. When they found out that this day would be free from classes for them, they were super excited. They all went to the fair together, completed tasks and bought themselves small gifts for points. I had a great pleasure watching children who were happy and having fun, and of course I adored having fun with them too.

For the evening sports competition we prepared a dance, and the guys did a great job. I want to say that I am incredibly proud of each of them! Because the most rewarding aspects of the camp is witnessing the personal growth of each child. Shy, reserved kids blossomed into confident ones. And those who initially struggled with homesickness found comfort and joy in their new friendships.
Looking back, MMC is not merely a place only for learning a new language. It is a place where children discovered their potential, built lasting friendships, and experienced the joy of collaborative creation. The camp fostered an environment where every child had the freedom to explore and express themselves.
