Hi, my name is Eva! I am from the yellow crew.
I’d like to tell you about one sunny and hot day.
The day started with active morning exercises and I felt more energetic. Then we had different lessons, as usual: English, crew gathering, shipyard (workshop) and shaking the bones(sport). During our english lesson we wrote a test.
My favorite lesson is shaking the bones, especially swimming pool, I love it so much.
In the evening we went to watch performances that children from forest camp prepared for us. The plot was interesting. I really loved it.
After that there was an evening event “Siren’s Songs”. We listened parts of songs and tried to guess which song was playing. We danced a lot and we were happy. It was funny and I felt that our teamwork was great! I’m so proud to be a part of this amazing team!

Hello everyone! My name is Sofia and I am a counselor of the yellow crew.
I am glad that I have an opportunity to help children to adapt in the camp, find new friends and enjoy every moment here. I was at the MMC as a participant for many years and I understand how important it is for kids to feel support from counselors to not be afraid of proving themselves.
At our camp we have developed a system of motivation that encourages children to use English during all activities. Now our crew feels much more comfortable and confident. Participants also overcame the language barrier and even children who had difficulties with English can easily express their thoughts.
Despite the fact that our crew is the youngest, we took the first place in one of the competitions and this gave children self-confidence that is very important for a successful start of the session. My colleague and I already see progress in team building and we try to do our best to reveal the talents of each child.
I can confidently say that MMC is the best place for kids because every member of the staff tries to hear and understand each participant in order to ensure their comfortable pastime and reveal them from different sides.
