Hello, my name is Sasha, I am 11 years old and I am from the yellow crew!
I’d like to tell you about one exciting day!
Every day we attend different lessons where we learn new things, have fun and of course practice our English.
At the crew gathering, we were preparing for our evening performance! I think this day was my favorite because we had to make a performance about mr and mrs of our camp. We chose a cartoon “guppy and bubbles“. It was about the kids mermaids. We made a story about Gill and Molly. Molly was a new classmate of Gill, she didn’t have any friends and she was so shy, but Gill suggested to become her friend. Then they solved a lot of problems together and became
close friends. I was very nervous about it because our preparation was very difficult! But still we got the second prize and I am so happy about it!
As for our sport lessons, we played handball, it was very interesting and difficult for me, but I think that I did everything I could. At the shipyard, we made soap with our own hands, it was very unforgettable! And in our English lesson, we passed speaking test. I did everything in my power and tried my best.
I’m glad to be here and spend time with my team, because we’ve become real friends.

Hello, everyone!
My name is Taya and i am a counselor of the yellow crew.
I really love working with people, especially with children, they charge me with their energy for the whole day. I love listening to their opinions about different situations, I am happy to give them advice and support at any time. Also I love communicating with different people, learn about their experiences and share my own. I was at MMC when I was a child and I loved this atmosphere.
At MMC we try to motivate children and include them in the conversation through games. The most important task for us is to make children happy. We want English to be not a boring lesson for them, but an interesting activity.
Children always try to speak English and my partner and I always help them to express their thoughts.
Despite the fact that we are the youngest team, the guys are doing everything in their power to lead our team to victory. They come up with our performances themselves, and my partner and I just mentor and support them. I am happy that the children trust me with their secrets and ask for advice. We try to help them to develop their talents and abilities. I would also like to note that the guys have become a real team, they all support and help each other. For me this is my personal success.
I can say with confidence that the MMC is the best place for children. They get a lot of practice every day, the camp’s staff help every child and this is very important. We love our children and are always happy to see them on sessions!
