Nomad’s Story
Hi! I am Varya Gribanova from green team. I am 11 years old. I love drawing and cooking.
Yesterday was very interesting. In out huddle we were writing a script for our movie. Later, in the evening we had the Sultan’s wedding. Then we had a music game where we needed to guess popular melodies.
The main event of the day was the wedding. We had a big ceremony. The bride was wearing a very beautiful dress.
I like this day because it was very interesting and fun.
Vizier’s Story
Hello everyone! My name is Vasya and I’m a vizier of the green team. Our team is full of talented and cheerful kids! They are always ready to participate in the activities that our camp has prepared. So they have already prepared two performances and participated in many sports competitions. The kids are open to new experiences, so our English lessons are going really well!
Yesterday we celebrated a wedding! Preparations started in the morning. In the workshop, the kids made masquerade masks to complete their wedding looks! After lunch, everyone rested, and then the girls did their makeup while the guys picked out cool outfits. Evening came, and the camp streets glowed with wedding lights. The kids took part in a touching ceremony — the official part of the wedding. Then the children went to Sultan’s keep where they participated in music and dance competitions. After that, a fiery disco kicked off, and everyone loved it — both the counselors and the kids! In general, we spent the day according to our tongue twister: «Dressed in white, walked so bright, danced all night — wedding light!»
Our team can truly be called a family. After just 7 days at camp, they’ve become true friends who always support each other! I am very glad that I became a counselor for such wonderful children! There are only a few days left in our session, but I hope they’ll stay friends and maybe even reunite at future camp sessions!
