Hello everyone! I am Sofia Krasavina and I am 12 years old. I came to the camp for the first time and I really like it. Here I met a lot of friends; I can trust them and also, I can always rely on them. I don’t miss my parents because I haven’t got time to do it. There were different competitions, performances, and concerts. Here there are three teams: red, blue and green. I’m in blue team. We won many competitions; we play different games and I never feel bored. It’s cool that we are speaking in English all day, so I am improving.
Today, for example, we had the Launch Party. There we were introducing our invention. It was a robot called KO8. There I also sang a song called ‘Sunny’. I enjoyed my performance. I feel very happy in this camp and I will definitely come back next year.

A very warm and beautiful morning to everyone!
I’m Michelle Nemenim from Nigeria. I’ve been here twice and I always find a magnet in my heart that brings me back to this radient place in the heart of Russia.
As a teacher guide, I find it an honor to share my knowledge with the children. I also learn from them aswell, many children have very interesting experiences and are not afraid to express themselves in the English language. As for those who are still picking up or just starting their journey ,we encourage them at our lessons and stations at options too, where we learn using games or music.
It’s well known that learning languages helps express our feelings, desires, and queries to the world around us, everyone knows that. But! To have the daily motivation to learn a language just because you need it for your future is rare for me, and that’s what I see in these children. All my students understand that the roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is Sweet!
Even if my classes are in English through out the lessons, I always encourage my students to ask questions , because that what we are here for: to guide them in their journey of learning, to show them new things and help them develop their language skills.
Today we are going to write exams and I want to wish everyone the best. It’s going to be a long day for most of us, but I’m sure everyone will do fine.
Michelle Nemenim, teacher MMC
