The Immortal Phoenix

The first lesson was sport. We played basketball. I enjoyed it. Then we had workshop. We made boxes, we painted them. We are going to use them to keep our projects safe. . Also there was our tribe time. We were thinking about our name and motto. And we had to prepare our tribe dance, It wasn’t hard, everybody had fun! Today we had our first English class. Our teacher is Ryan. And we talked about ourselves and our kinfolks. During Nap time I was watching the movie “Jumanji”. Also we can choose the station at option. I went to the workshop. There we were finishing our boxes. In the evening we had the dance competition. We showed our dances. I think our performance was good. I hope our tribe will win this session and we will try to achieve this!

Yesterday was our first full day of the third session at MMC and it was brilliant! I love my new team. This session me and my wonderful partner Violetta have the red team.

Yesterday we picked our group name and team motto, we decided to call ourselves The Immortal Phoenix and our team motto may be a bit of a rip off of the song Burn Baby Burn by The Trammps, but I still love it.

My kids went to sports, workshop, and English as usual and they did really well, but of course we also had group time which was wonderful. My kids listened attentively and participated thoroughly throughout group time. Our main task yesterday was to make a tribe dance for our evening performance and my kids made an exceptional dance. The song we used was of coure Burn Baby Burn so the moves my kids strutted were funky fresh, we may not have won this particular competition, but nonetheless I’m still very proud of all the hard work my kids have done so far this session and it’s only been a day, I can’t wait to see how much they will grow and progress over the days to come.
