Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone!
This is our first time at winter camp, and we’re super excited to tell you all about our New Year’s Eve at MMC! We woke up at 8:15 AM, made our beds (yes, we did!), and went to our morning exercises. Breakfast was great 😊.
Then we had THREE amazing activities! First, sports – we went skiing in the park! It was so much fun! Then, drama class! We did all sorts of acting exercises, but our favorite was definitely the «ninja» game – it was hilarious! We also learned a dance to the song «Apt» (we think that’s what it was called!) which we had to perform at the New Year’s show. We loved all the activities and were starving by lunch, which was yummy fish!
After a quiet time for a bit of a rest, it was time for Station at Options – we went ice skating! Then, came back to practicing our dance and helping Alena film a video for the MMC channel (you should totally check it out!). After a delicious dinner, the New Year’s concert began! We were so excited because WE got to perform! Then, BOOM – disco time! When the clock struck midnight, we were super happy and rushed to the New Year’s table, which was loaded with yummy sweets! We ended the night with a crazy, fun disco where everyone danced and celebrated the New Year! It was the best New Year’s Eve EVER!
