Double Birthday! |

Double Birthday!

Hi! I’m Adrian, and yesterday (10/07) was my birthday! 🥳

Well, yesterday morning, I woke up at 7:50 to take a shower. After that, my first ranger, Alina, took me to the planetarium, which is the main hall. At first, it was just Timofey and me there for a few seconds. But then, suddenly, lots of people from both teams surprised us! It was really nice.

We started the day with a sports activity, floor ball. I really enjoyed it; it’s a sport I like. After that, we had a space lab lesson, where we made boxes. We were going to use those boxes to keep our crafted pieces of art.

The last lesson of the day was English. We talked about different families and traditions. And guess what came after? Nap time! It’s one of the best parts of my day, especially after a busy day of learning.

After all the lessons, we came up with a name and motto for our team. Our name is «Blood Moon,» and our motto is:
«Bold moon will come soon
With the help of a balloon
Blood Moon is rising
Red team is amazing»

In the evening, we had a disco, and Alena and the others organized a birthday celebration for me and Timothy. It was a great day, thanks to all the staff members and the amazing people in this camp ❤️.

I hope you all have a wonderful time at the camp too! Much love ❤️

Hello everyone! My name is Kofi, and I am the ranger for the Red Rovers. I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences and thoughts about participating in the English + program and how we help children develop their English skills.

Yesterday was a calm day for our team. We all woke up at 8 am, and to my surprise, I found the entire team at the sports ground, engaged in their warm-up rituals. Witnessing their togetherness and teamwork made me really happy.

During our rover time, the atmosphere was incredibly bright. The kids worked together once again to create a unique name and motto for our team. Later, we played volleyball, and it was heartwarming to see everyone participating together.

I’m really proud of the kids because they speak English quite well. They didn’t face any difficulties during their English lessons. In the space lab/workshop, they were filled with joy as they listened and followed instructions given by Polina.

One of the things that brings me immense pleasure is when the kids share why they love coming to MMC. Many of them mention the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, the delicious food that they always want to eat, and the opportunity to make good friends and bond with each other.

In the evening, we had a disco, and the kids had a lot of fun dancing. Afterward, we enjoyed a snack and went to sleep, eagerly waiting for another exciting day ahead.

Thank you all for being a part of this wonderful experience.

Best wishes,
Kofi
