Frankly speaking, every tribe was amazing, unforgettable and of course funny. Everybody made that as wonderful as possible. I was really impressed and excited about all of them. Also at the craft shop we made a carpet by our own hands. Can you imagine that? It was really nice and useful for imagination, relaxing and improving our творческих skills. At the end of the day we had a candlelight. You know, it was the cutest and the most soulful part of that day. Everyone could say everything what they wanted. I’m falling in love with this camp more and more everyday. Thanks MMC, I’m sure, it’ll be the best experience!

Hey, my name is James and I am from Austin, Texas. I am in my fourth year at the University of Texas and I am studying Aerospace Engineering and Russian. This is my second session here at MMC, and so far it has been an amazing experience. Yesterday, we had our first performance. The theme was ancestry and the story of our tribe, so we had to put on a performance about the backstory of our tribe. Because we are the Star-Gazers, we chose to do a performance about aliens and Star Wars. 
It was so much fun rehearsing and practicing the play, and the kids showed great leadership when writing the script and coming up with ideas. After the performance, we had our first candlelight as a tribe, and it was a great experience. Each member of the tribe was able to voice their opinions, praises, and concerns regarding their time here at MMC, and I believe we grew closer together after this. I’m so incredibly impressed by these kids. They’re so fantastic and intelligent, and I look forward to being with them for the next three weeks!
