Best day of my life!

I woke up and thought it would be the usual day but it wasn’t. I had a Birthday, Now I am 15 years old. Меня поздравляли during all day. In the morning my chiefs Masha and Neks woke me up with balloons and saxophone. I didn’t expect this. Я открыла глаза и вокруг шарики. Then Neks played Happy Birthday song to me on saxophone. Меня поздравили during warming up, sun raising meeting and tribe time. And in the evening we all got a carrot cake and I blow candles.

Today there was another very important event – evening performance. All our ideas and замыслы connected all together! This performance was about history of our tribe. The plot of it is grandma tells her grandchildren the story about RockStar Boy. And this boy meets a RockStar Girl and I was this girl on the stage. I really like when other kids were laughing at our performance. It gave me self-confidence and I did not forget the words.

It was only the second day of our session but I already feel that’s gonna be unforgettable.

Hi, Guys! They call me Neks Breezy. I am from Lusaka, Zambia but now I live in Yaroslavl, Russia! This is now my second time working as a counselor in MMC. The work is amazing, challenging and rewarding at the same))). As counselors we work from about 8 in the morning to about 11 plus at night. Of course we do have breaks during the day and couple of full days off during the three week session. What I do like mostly in this camp is that there’s a welcoming atmosphere, the accommodation is super great and everyone is friendly and helpful. This is just more than a camp to me, I don’t know how I can express my emotions in words but if you were here with us would have seen my face filled with smiles . I have a funny, hardworking, amazing and well experienced colleague, Dasha! ))) She’s so helpful! I like her so much))). As counselors we are responsible for supervising our beautiful, smart and great group «THE ROCK STARS» through out the day. We plan group activities during our free time and organise evening performances. Our group does rock AND I MEAN IT))). So far I’ll say that this is the best group I have never had before))) . The second day of our session we had the dancing competition and guess what , we got the first place. The third day of our session we had a play and we got the first place too. Looking forward for the fouth day where we’ll have the wild games)))) GO ROCK TARS!!!! GO !….
